Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders.  

 Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: Will my transaction be secure on this  site?      

A: Yes, check out pages are ssl secure.


Q:How long will I wait for my order?
A: All orders processed and mailed within 24 to 48hrs of payment. I send an e-mail with delivery confirmation

numbers when product is sent. You can also check status on this site.                                                                                                                                

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed

on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?    

A: Yes, I will send an e-mail when payment is recieved. Orders paid by check held till check clears.

This can take up to 6 business days. Money order orders will be processed when recieved.


Q: Who do I make check out to ?

A: Make checks and money orders out to Sport Cards and Stuff.  

 

Q: Do I have to be a registered member to make purchases ?             

A: NO, you dont have to register to make purchases. By being a member it gives you access
